myStage - GC Cali Dance Eisteddfod

Welcome to the GC Cali Dance Eisteddfod participant registration portal.

myStage is partnering with GC Cali Dance Eisteddfod to provide a competition management platform suitable for Eisteddfod competitions. myStage system is designed to give Competition conveners, coaches, competitors and their families the best possible experience. If you already have an account you just need to login on, no need to sign up again.

We are extremely excited to be using this platform this year. To help you, the steps required to enter competitions are outlined below: Note: If you already have an account, and your competitors exist from previous competitions you only need to review your information in steps 1 and 2.

Step 1: Create your administrator/parent/competitor or coach profile

You can create an account as a:

Coach
Competitor
Parent/Guardian of a competitor

Note: there is no limit to the number of competitors you can register on the myStage system under your own account.

Step 2: Create your competitor(s) profile

If you are a coach - this will be for your performer(s) competing
If you are a parent/guardian - this is for the competing performer(s)
If you are a competitor - this is for yourself
Make sure to update each of your competing performers with a Calisthenics Victoria approved club.

Step 3: Select the events you wish to enter

You can enter competitions for either yourself (if you are the competitor) or for your performer/child. The easiest way to do this is via the "Enter Competitions" button on your profile, which will take you through a step-by-step process. However you can also go to individual events and add the items to your cart.

Step 4: Go to your cart

Confirm your selection(s) and pay through the PayPal portal. The myStage system will send you a confirmation email and you can go back and check your purchases at any time .

Important Information for Calisthenics Competitions

As part of the entry process you will be required to comply with the GC Cali Dance Eisteddfod Rules and Regulations.
